For a belated birthday gift my Grandpa gave me his first childhood gun. :)
It's a circa 1933 Remington #4 rolling block TD .22 rifle. (I did my research.) It has had quite the history coming from Oklahoma in 1948 to Sprague, Oregon when the family made the move out west, I believe. My Grandpa inherited it in the '50s and he and his brother were up to no good with it, I'm sure. ;) It's now my first official gun, at 30 years old, that I will one day pass down to Hunter & then Logan. It will be great for target practice and the occasional pesky squirrel nabbing our apricots.
Thanks Grandpa for the gift! Now, if you'll excuse me, I need to go practice my shot.
