Trick or Treat!

Hunter's school hosted a fun fair on friday night and they were able to wear costumes if they wanted. I forgot to take pictures of him as Bumble Bee in the Transformer movie. Here he is with Papa Ron. As you can see Papa spared no humility and willingly had his hair spray painted all in good fun! Hunter couldn't have been happier.

For Halloween the whole family dressed up as the Wizard of Oz. I thought it would be a perfect ensemble for this year... some were all for it (Logan & I) and others were a little hesitant (Jared & Hunter). We even recruited a special guest to accompany us that completed the cast. TOTO!With help from Gretchen we were able to make my costume, since my belly prevented me from buying off the rack. The weather was actually really nice so we decided to take Hunter trick or treating through a neighborhood for the first time. He loved it. What kid doesn't when you realize you can walk up to any door, knock, say a few magic words and voila- candy!

We borrowed Jared's Aunt & Uncle's dog Chachi to play the part of Toto. He did very well considering he's a pup and it was a crazy night of door to door knocking with kids & candy.

My Aunt made a comment that made me laugh- if we hold out long enough we could be Snow White & The 7 dwarfs for Halloween! I'm drawing the line at 3 kids!! Sorry!
