Holiday Events

And so it begins, the holiday get together's and school events! Here are some pictures from Hunter & Kadey's Christmas Program at Ferndale. Hunter actually participated in a few songs this year. Otherwise, he was the kid picking his nose off to the right, turning to pull on the kids santa hat next to him, or jumping up when the others were down and swaying to the right when they were going left. That's our boy! LOL

The next weekend my cousin, John & his new wife Jennilee came to visit from Georgia. This was our first time meeting her & her son, Cole, who is just one year younger than Hunter. Their family is adorable and everyone hit it off! We started out friday night just the cousin's meeting in Tri-Cities at Casa Mia for dinner (great place for pizza & pasta!!) then out to Joker's for a few rounds of bowling. We had a lot of fun. Joe, Emily, Devin, Robyn, Andy, Stephanie, Jessie, Jared & I.

The next day everyone was invited to Devin & Robyn's beautiful home for an open house style meet & greet. The food was amazing, what a spread! Thank you Dianne & Robyn for treating us all to some great comfort food! ALL the 2nd generation of cousins got to meet & play together, 8 in all! Skyler, Koby, Hunter, Trey, Cole, Kyra, Brooke & Logan. The house was buzzing with energy; a sneak peak to the holiday's of christmas' future! It's so great when family can come together and just love on one another. I hope that this becomes more the norm. We are praying that John will get a job in Boise, ID this next year so that he & his family can be closer.
