Helping Hands

Today we had a new visitor! Kate came with her baby, Monroe ,who is now 6 months old! She is so adorable and petite. I couldn't believe that Grady is almost as big as her. They had fun looking at each other with the occasional hand hold. So cute! Logan couldn't wait to get in on the action once he woke up from his nap. Looking at how much Monroe has changed since I saw her last, makes me anxious for these following months to witness Grady grow & change.

Shari, or "Cherry" as Hunter calls her, has been coming over on her days off to help out with the boys. Here she is taking my post in the recliner with all my little monkeys. It's nice when she's here, I'm able to run errands, take a nap, clean house, or just have some adult time and talk with another person for a few hours. And the boys... well they LOVE it when she comes because she's always ready to play whatever games they may have up their sleeve. Makes me tired just thinking of it...

There have been numerous people dropping by or offering to help us out. Like, Auntie Pam who comes over during the day to help watch Logan & Grady so I can get some laundry done or just relax. Or, Grandpa Paul, who has called nearly every morning this last week to offer to take Hunter to school so I don't have to load up all 3 boys. (Which I've only had to do 3 times since Grady was born.) Papa's Ron & Stan who come by on occasion to nap with Logan so I can focus on Grady. Or the many Grandma's who help out in the evenings & weekends, sometimes keeping the two older boys overnight to give us a break. We appreciate every one's help!! We couldn't be the parents we are without you.

Here we are sitting at the table ready to enjoy one of the many fabulous meals our friends and family have so generously offered to make us!! Thank you so much, we've enjoyed every morsel.
