Happy Valentine's Day from the Browns!
I downloaded some free templates for Valentine's from Florabella this year.
The idea was to make some extras and send them to the troops, but... I haven't sent any yet. :(
I'm hoping the old saying, "better late than never" applies here.
They are adorable!
For Hunter's classmates we (and by "we", I mean me) made oreo truffles again... or are they bon bons?
Whatever they are called, they're delicious!
Hunter wanted to bring a few extra for the ladies in the office, and his Kindergarten teacher Miss K, and then his PE teacher, and music teacher, and principal and the list kept going from there! He's so sweet and thoughtful! I'm always being told how polite and loving he is. He greets people by name, makes good eye contact, and is quick to hug and kiss you hello or goodbye. I'm very fortunate to have such a good mannered little boy!
After dinner I surprised Jared with a personalized plate of chocolate covered strawberries. I only had time to finish one "tuxedo", but he didn't mind.
The best part of Valentine's were the 2 dozen roses delivered! Apparently, Hunter picked out the red roses and when Jared went to purchase Hunter made it very clear these one's were from him and Daddy should buy his own. LOL! So, Jared coughed up the money for another dozen roses from "himself". (Atta boy, Hunter!)

Those valentines are so cute!! Will you send me one?!?! It will just make my day to get mail like that. I'm kind of cracking up because I made homemade valentine cards, oh, about a month ago. Did I send any out? Nope. You sure are one lucky momma... two dozen roses! And I told Jared on his FB page how lucky he is to have you. Those strawberries look sooooo good!!
ReplyDeleteAhhhhh....so sweet. And yes! You should be a proud mom. Hunter has always made it a point to say 'hi' to me. He doesn't see me very often so it is a nice treat. Thank you for teaching your children manners. =)
