Pink Baby Shower

I had the pleasure of co-hosting a baby shower for not one, but four expecting mommy's! 3 out of 4 knew they were expecting girls so I decided pink would be the color of the shower. I've always wanted to have a pink party!

Beautiful peonies that my Grandma was able to score for me. They were the perfect focal point of the table! (And they smelled so sweet!)

Scoopable sweet treats

There was a great turn out and everyone was generous with gifts for the 4 Mama's. Instead of playing games we had a competition between the mom's to see who could change a diaper in the dark the fastest. It was funny to watch them go at it with their different tactics.

Holly won the competition for "fastest" change but her technique of holding things in her mouth & throwing the open-faced dirty diaper on the floor didn't win her any other points. Emily on the other hand, while not the quickest draw, had the best technique she had that dirty diaper folded up tight & placed neatly beside her with the new diaper on. You can tell she's done this before.
